If you require us to attempt an internet match, then you must provide the manufacturers name, model number & appliance colour (if applicable). we will also need the website address, price including delivery and date you obtained the quote. we do not beat internet quotes, however there are advantages to placing your order with us.

Choose a variety of appliances from different websites and still get everything delivered on the same appointment.
We can offer a fixed delivery time usually within a two hour window.
If your appliance arrives, incorrect, damaged or faulty you can speak to a member of staff at the shop about the issue. the situation will be imediately dealt with, making sure your inconvenience is minimalised.

For spare part enquiries you will need to provide the manufacturers name, model number, serial number and a detailed description of the component and its exact location on your appliance.
